Server Products has been working with Rich Products Corporation of Buffalo, NY, a leading manufacturer of whipped topping, to develop equipment solutions that work with their topping. At this time, we are launching the first holder and dispenser in this new line of products
. Naturally, we want to keep you informed.
This first item is our #86624 TOPPING TUNNEL™, ULTIMATE. It is a cone shaped holder that is designed to mount on your shake machine. The holder is designed to hold a pastry bag that Rich's® packs several varieties of whipped topping in. The Rich's® pastry bag has an internal decorator tip that is accessed when the product is opened. When the bag is resting in the Topping Tunnel™, the top of the bag can be squeezed to top off desserts or beverages held below the tip.
The Topping Tunnel™ is an ideal unit for any ice cream or specialty coffee establishments. Don't stop there, because it could also be used by anyone topping pie slices, etc. This is a simple solution that also prevents the tip from resting on a counter and becoming contaminated.
This is only the first of several equipment solutions that will be offered for use with Rich's® toppings. The rest of the story will unfold in the coming months.
