SAVINGS -- Squeeze Bottle Holders keep cold table refrigeration in

We ran a test to determine the effect these holders had on temperature. We compared internal temperatures of squeeze bottles in the holders to internal temperatures of squeeze bottles placed in a 1/6-size pan. The bottles in the holders stayed six to seven degrees colder than those in the pans. This is important because the ones in the pans crept well over 41 degrees F (5 C). The ones in our holders stayed below this critical mark.
